Terms and conditions

General terms applicable to bookings and activities by Hurghada Egypt Office.

Trade name: Hurghada Egypt Office.

Activity: organization of excursions, water activities, and tourism programs in Egypt.

Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms.

A deposit may be required to validate the quote.

The remaining balance is paid before the activity starts, in cash or by the methods indicated at booking.

Any confirmed booking is final.

Cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before the activity.

More than 72h: postponement or refund may be possible depending on commitments already made.

Less than 72h: no refund.

Unless stated otherwise, excursions include round-trip transfer from the hotel.

Transfers are included for hotels in central Hurghada.

Extra fees may apply for El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay, and Soma Bay.

Presence at the meeting point at the agreed time is mandatory.

In case of absence/significant delay, the booking may be canceled without refund.

Schedules are indicative and may be adjusted according to local conditions.

Water activities may be postponed, modified, or canceled in case of bad weather or decision by local authorities.

An alternative, postponement, or refund may be offered depending on circumstances.

Participants must follow safety instructions from guides/captains/supervisors.

Some activities involve inherent risks (water/sports).

Hurghada Egypt Office cannot be held responsible for loss/theft/damage of personal belongings.

Travel insurance (medical, accident, repatriation) is strongly recommended.

The organizer reserves the right to adjust the program due to weather, safety, force majeure, or external events.

An alternative solution, postponement, or refund may be offered.

Photos/videos may be taken during some excursions for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear, please inform us before the activity starts.

These terms are governed by Egyptian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Egypt.
